Production Helper, 1st Shift

About the role

Experience preferred, however we will train the right person. This is a 1st shift position with a 4-day (10 hours/day) workweek from Monday thru Thursday, 5:30am - 4pm. Recent base wage increase is ultra-competitive!!!

Production team members will be assigned to work on the Mattress and/or Hybrid lines under the direction of the shift supervisor. Production team members are expected to work in a manner which promotes safety, quality, and efficiency to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Follow ALL Safe work practices, LOTO, PPE, JHA’s, etc.
• Meet all quality standards and customer requirements.
• Ability to operate machinery.
• Skill and ability to meet or exceed the production standards.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Maintain an orderly, safe, and clean work area.
• Use of hand tools, measuring devices, shop equipment.
• Work well with other employees
• All other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
• Must be available to work overtime as needed
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.)
