Production Group Leader

Role Responsibilities

• Assign work orders and monitor progress on the shop floor.
• Ensure employee adherence to safety protocols and good manufacturing practices.
• Cook up coordination with other departments to ensure smooth workflow throughout the entire production process.
• Communicate order status and expedites.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for existing employees.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.

Required Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED/Local equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• (Local language - English)
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Available to work overtime as needed (both during the week and on weekends).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office software.

Preferred Qualifications

• An associates degree.
• Six months of manufacturing experience.
• Through hole and surface mount soldering experience.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling of tools and boxes.
• Able to work in various temperature conditions.
• May be exposed to noise, vibration, and fumes.
