Responsibilities
- Follow all company Safety Rules and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Produce high-quality products in a safe and healthful manner.
- Maintain assigned shift attendance.
- Work in all areas of production and packaging, including operating, being in close proximity to, and crossing platforms over machinery.
- Work as part of a team and assist fellow employees as needed.
- Perform quality inspections and monitor/operate equipment (e.g., palletizer).
- Stock production lines with materials.
- Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
- Track quality and waste metrics.
- Emphasize sanitation and cleaning.
- Assist line technicians in general daily activities.
- Maintain forklifts and floor jacks.
- Move finished skids to the warehouse area.

Qualifications
- High-school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, GMPs, and general instructions.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out both oral and written instructions.
Physical Demands
- Regularly required to stand and lift; must stand and walk at least 70% of the time.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, with flexibility for additional planned or unplanned hours as needed.
- Occasionally lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 pounds; frequently lift 30–35 pounds.
- Frequent squatting, kneeling, and bending.
- Ability to work in cold (40–50°F) and hot (90–100°F) environments.
- Tolerate exposure to flour and yeast materials.
- Frequent climbing of steps and vertical ladders up to 10 feet high.
- Ability to perform essential job functions safely with or without reasonable accommodation.
Work Environment
- Hot in summer, cold in winter.
- Moderate to high noise levels.
