Production Forklift Driver

Responsibilities

• Operate specialized Swingmast forklifts to move and store goods in tight spaces, ensuring safety and efficiency
• Unload, transport, and stack raw materials
• Inspect equipment and perform basic maintenance
• Report damages or shortages
• Maintain a smooth workflow while adhering to safety protocols and good manufacturing practices
• Work in various environments, including cold and wet conditions
• Lift up to 75 pounds regularly

Requirements

• Forklift certification
• Ability to work independently or with teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic math understanding
• Knowledge of 5S practices
• Ability to change priorities quickly
• Task-oriented and process-focused
• Capable of lifting/moving up to 50 pounds
