Production Foreman / Supervisor - Night Shift

What You’ll Do

You’ll lead a team of 15+ employees in a dynamic extrusion manufacturing environment, ensuring operations run safely, efficiently, and at a high level of quality.

Lead, coach, and develop your team to achieve production goals

Set daily priorities and ensure clear communication across shifts and departments

Balance safety, quality, productivity, and morale to drive strong results

Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve operations

Partner with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Materials teams

Handle employee relations, including coaching, feedback, and issue resolution

Manage scheduling, attendance, and timecards

Conduct accident investigations and reinforce safety standards

Ensure all production and employee documentation is completed accurately

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, including leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in real time
  • A hands-on leadership style—you’re comfortable being on the floor with your team
  • The ability to communicate clearly and build strong working relationships
  • Basic computer skills; ERP/SAP experience is a plus

Bilingual Advantage

  • Spanish/English bilingual skills are a strong plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse workforce is highly valued and will set you apart as a leader

Schedule

This is a night shift leadership role with a consistent 12-hour rotating schedule:

  • Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
  • Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday

This schedule provides built-in extended time off between rotations.

Pay Range

$33 per hour
