Production Foreman
About the role
The Production Foreman position is responsible for overseeing the work of multiple personnel in a manufacturing or warehouse setting. Key responsibilities include planning and monitoring work activities, ensuring quality service, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and contributing to team efforts.
Responsibilities

- Establish and enforce organization standards

- Ensure operation of equipment and call for repairs
- Evaluate new equipment and techniques
- Manage processes and process improvement
- Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Three to five years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Supervision and coaching experience
- Experience managing processes and process improvement
- Ability to ensure housekeeping standards are maintained
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
- English language proficiency; Spanish fluency is a plus

Pay
The hourly rate pay for this position at Scotts/Hawthorne will generally fall between $33.15 - 44.95 per hour and is paid weekly. The actual pay may vary based on individual qualifications, experience, and geographical location.
Schedule
The schedule for this position is typically Monday through Friday, with potential for overtime as needed.
