Production Finishing Specialist - Part Time

About the role

AlphaGraphics of Round Rock is seeking a Production Finishing Specialist to complete and finish projects in the center, including staging and preparation of completed jobs for delivery or shipping.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders to determine finishing instructions and specifications.
• Operate finishing machines such as cutters, folders, collators/stitchers, and other production equipment.
• Work under pressure to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Maintain daily production records using specified forms.
• Follow all quality control procedures as instructed.
• Perform any other essential functions needed to deliver high-quality customer service and product output.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience operating finishing equipment in print, signage, or related industries.
• Positive and professional attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Problem-solving skills and cooperative interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work quickly and neatly while multitasking.
• Basic math skills and computer proficiency.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs safely and work over a waist-high table.
• Strong multitasking ability and effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and prioritize workload.
