Production Filler Operator

Responsibilities

• Maintain a steady supply of yogurt, cups, lids, and fruit for the machine.
• Perform various quality checks to ensure meeting customer requirements.
• Follow good manufacturing practices and housekeeping guidelines.
• Wear designated personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, hard hat, etc.
• Meet OSHA safety requirements.
• May be asked to work in other general labor positions in the plant as needed.
• Work overtime and weekends as required.
• Arrive on time and maintain a satisfactory attendance record.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Weekend, overtime, and/or holiday work is required.

Qualifications

• Passionate about feeding the world.
• Experience in similar roles is preferred but not required.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail.
• Good physical stamina.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule/Shifts

• 2nd Shift: 2PM - 10:30PM
• 3rd Shift: 10PM – 6:30AM
• 12 Hour Nights: 6PM - 6:15AM

Pay

• Up to $27.11 per hour.
