Production Filler Operator
Job Summary
Are you hands-on, detailed oriented, and ready to make an impact in a manufacturing environment? We are looking for Filler Operators to run our new bottle filler. If you enjoy working with machinery and being a part of a team that takes pride in quality, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Operate and monitor filling, capping, and packaging equipment
- Load materials and supplies into machines as needed
- Perform routine checks to ensure product quality and accuracy
- Adjust equipment settings to maintain optimal production flow
- Identify and report equipment issues or malfunctions
- Follow all safety, GMP, and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Complete required production and quality documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to safety and quality
- Strong teamwork and communication skills

Our Bottle Filler Operator for This Position
Starts at an hourly rate of: $23 - $30 per hour
Schedule
2-2-3 Rotating Turn Schedule
Night Shift Schedule: 6pm-6:30am
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Six months related experience or training is preferred
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks
- Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimal
- Must be able to read, speak, and write in English
- Must be able to legibly write entries for record keeping
- Must be able to stand, walk, pull, push, reach and bend virtually the entire shift
- Must be able to regularly lift up to 25 pounds, with capabilities to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends and holidays
