About the Role
CentiMark Corporation, a national leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, has an exceptional opportunity for a Field Supervisor (Production) in the Charleston, WV area.
Responsibilities
- Supervise multiple production/service crews
- Perform pre-job and post-job inspections
- Plan jobs for labor crews
- Set up and maintain a safe job site
- Daily communications with the customer
- Plan and execute successful projects
- Work closely with the Warehouse Manager in ordering materials for projects
Requirements
- Good working knowledge of roofing procedures and safety
- Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- A valid state driver’s license (in good standing)
- 3+ years of supervisory/sales experience in roofing/construction
- Experience with: TPO, EPDM, BUR, Foam, Metal, Acrylic & Coating Systems
