Production Equipment Service Technican

About the role

The Production Equipment Field Service Technician responds to service calls for clients needing repair on Konica Minolta Production office technology equipment. Responsibilities include diagnosing problems, making necessary repairs, performing routine and preventative maintenance, and communicating repair statuses to clients.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls at client locations
• Diagnose and repair equipment issues
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance
• Replace parts nearing expiration
• Communicate repair statuses to clients
• Order parts and schedule return visits

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills
• Experience/training on Konica Minolta production equipment (ideally)
• Technical training in automotive repair, computer repair, aviation, or similar fields (preferred)
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
• Clean driving record with no DUI convictions or reckless driving infractions in the past 5 years
• Willingness to undergo a criminal background check
• Clean cut appearance; no offensive tattoos (offensive or excessive may require covering)
• Available to park a company vehicle daily

Benefits

A competitive hourly rate between $23-27, plus a bonus program and a full benefits package. Full training is provided, and candidates from other industries or technical training programs are welcome to apply.
