Main duties

• Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional projects focused on improving material flow, inventory control, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with a dynamic team to create innovative solutions and make a real impact from day one.
• Tool and Fixture design and coordination of manufacturing
• Cost-control projects such as consumable CNC tooling, raw materials usage in product manufacture, and variable costs including labor and overhead costs
• Data-Driven Solutions: Utilize your analytical skills to analyze data, identify trends, and implement data-driven solutions that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and drive measurable results.
• Support the management of New Product Integration with respect to manufacturability, process control, equipment capability, supporting personnel requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent of 5 plus years' experience in manufacturing environments in areas such as: Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, or Process Improvement.
• Hands-on Experience In CNC Metals Manufacturing Preferred
• Ability to coach, teach, and lead leaders to develop continuous improvement strategies, influence decision making, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the plant operations and functions.
• Strong leadership, organizational, project management and interpersonal skills.
• CAD with experience with Solidworks helpful

Pay

Salary Range: $80,000-$100,000
