We need to output HTML fragment only, with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not put Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, no invention. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Ultium Cells LLC Is An Equal Opportunity Employer" etc. Also remove "Employee may be exposed to or working with hazardous materials..."? That's not boilerplate? It's safety training info; maybe keep? It's not EEO but it's about training. Might be considered part of job description. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. The hazardous materials training is not EEO; it's job-related safety. Could keep as part of responsibilities or qualifications? It's more like a requirement/training. Might be considered part of "Requirements" or "Qualifications". But we need to decide sections. Let's parse the posting: Overview: description of company. Job Description: This is an onsite position. This position will be located in the Cell Assembly Department. This position will be part of a technical team responsible for engineering work that includes continuous improvement, investigating and troubleshooting equipment/manufacturing/facility problems, analyzing production results, implementing and improving manufacturing methods and processes, and ensuring high yield and productivity in a highly automated manufacturing environment. His/her functions will also include interaction with internal and external customers and external vendors to solve urgent and complex problems by identifying and evaluating alternatives to provide. Primary Responsibilities: bullet list (actually sentences). We need to convert to
  • . Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Math, Physics, Statistics, Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical or related) required Skills: list of experience etc. Total Rewards Information: compensation, benefits list. Then EEO etc. We need sections: About the role (maybe overview), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have overview content: could go under About the role. Responsibilities: from Primary Responsibilities bullet list. Requirements: maybe Education? Or could be Qualifications? Usually Requirements = education, experience needed. Qualifications could be skills? But we have Skills section separate. We need to decide. We have Education requirement, plus experience (0 to 3+ years). Also "Must be able to speak and read English". Also "Experience with or knowledge of large production lines, PFMEAs, and process controls helpful but not required". Also "Knowledge of Time Studies, Line Balancing, Lean Manufacturing, Six sigma, Bottleneck Analysis helpful". Also "Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, presentation". Also "Critical thinking and an analytical mindset". Also "Strong computer skills: MS Office". Also "Able to work flexible hours to support entire production team". Also "Demonstrated teamwork and effectiveness in accomplishing goals". Those are skills. Thus we could have: - About the role: overview paragraph. - Responsibilities: list from Primary Responsibilities. - Requirements: Education + language requirement? Could also include experience? But experience is more like qualifications. However we have Skills section separate; maybe Requirements = Education + language + work authorization? But we removed EEO. Work authorization statement: "Ultium Cells will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States. This is not a position for which Visa-sponsorship will be provided." That's a requirement. Could include in Requirements. - Qualifications: maybe experience (0 to 3+ years) and preferred experience in lithium-ion batteries. - Skills: list of skills (communication, critical thinking, computer skills, flexible hours, teamwork, knowledge of lean, six sigma, etc.) - Benefits: list from Total Rewards: market-competitive compensation including base pay and incentive compensation opportunities based on achievement of Company goals. Paid time off. 100% Employer paid Medical, Dental, Vision. Generous paid holidays. Tuition Assistance. Vehicle Discount Program on GM branded vehicles. Communication Stipend for Personal Cell Phone. - Pay: Not explicitly stated; only "market-competitive compensation including base pay and incentive compensation opportunities". That's vague but still mentions compensation. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state compensation but not specific numbers. It says "market-competitive compensation including base pay and incentive compensation opportunities based on the achievement of Company goals." That is substantive enough? It's not a specific number but it's stating compensation. I'd include Pay section with that sentence. - Schedule: Not mentioned; no schedule info. So omit Schedule. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Our Pay section content is not filler; it's a statement. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include duplicated lines. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:

    Pay

Market-competitive compensation including base pay and incentive compensation opportunities based on the achievement of Company goals.

We have duplicated content: Pay repeats the same as first benefit item. Might be considered duplication. The instruction: remove duplicated lines. So we should not duplicate the same sentence in both Benefits and Pay. We could keep Pay as a short statement but not duplicate the benefit list item. Perhaps we can keep Pay section with a brief statement like "Market-competitive base pay plus incentive compensation based on company goal achievement." And keep Benefits list without that line. Let's adjust. Benefits list: remove the first item about compensation. Keep other benefits. Pay section: short sentence. Thus:

    Benefits

    • Paid time off to refresh and recharge.
    • 100% Employer paid Medical, Dental, and Vision.
    • Generous paid holidays.
    • Tuition Assistance for continuing education.
    • Vehicle Discount Program on General Motors branded vehicles.
    • Communication Stipend for Personal Cell Phone.

    Pay

Market-competitive compensation including base pay and incentive compensation opportunities based on the achievement of Company goals.

Check for any other boilerplate: "Ultium Cells LLC Is An Equal Opportunity Employer" etc removed. Also removed training about hazardous materials? That content is not in our sections; we might lose some info. The posting includes: "Employee may be exposed to or working with hazardous materials and/or hazardous waste. Upon hire, employee will receive initial Environmental training over RCRA, SWPPP, SPCC, and emergency escalation. Annual refresher training will be completed every year after to fulfill the requirements of 40 CFR. Other training to be provided as required." This is substantive info about safety training. Should we preserve? It's not EEO; it's job-related. Could be placed under Responsibilities or Requirements? Perhaps under Responsibilities as part of safety compliance. We have a responsibility item: "Ensure compliance with workplace safety programs" and "Monitor and ensure timely distribution of safety alerts and incident reports." The training detail could be added as a responsibility or requirement. Since we must preserve ALL substantive information, we need to include it somewhere. Let's add a responsibility item: "Receive initial environmental training (RCRA, SWPPP, SPCC, emergency escalation) and complete annual refresher training per 40 CFR." Or maybe under Requirements as a requirement? It's more like a condition of employment. I'd add to Responsibilities list. Add a bullet: "Complete initial environmental training (RCRA, SWPPP, SPCC, emergency escalation) and annual refresher training per 40 CFR." Also note "Other training to be provided as required." Could add: "Participate in additional training as required." Let's incorporate. Now check for any other substantive info: "This is
