ManagementFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes intro about company, scope of position, primary duties, responsibilities, qualifications, preferred qualifications, general applicable company competencies, working conditions, physical requirements, benefits (Watts In It For You), maybe schedule? Not explicit schedule beyond Monday-Friday, but we can include Schedule if present: "You will be required to work at the Fort Myers, Florida location Monday through Friday. Your scheduled work hours will be communicated to you by your manager." That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section. Pay: Not explicit salary; only "Competitive compensation based on your skills, qualifications and experience". That's vague; we should not create Pay section unless posting actually states them. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. For Pay, "Competitive compensation based on your skills, qualifications and experience" is still a statement about compensation, albeit vague. Is that considered stating? It says "Competitive compensation based on your skills, qualifications and experience". That is a statement about compensation. The rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state something about compensation, albeit generic. Should we include Pay? The instruction says "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state "Competitive compensation based on your skills, qualifications and experience". That is a statement about compensation. So we could include Pay section with that sentence. However they also say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Might be okay. Benefits: They have a section "Watts In It For You" listing benefits. So we should include Benefits section. Schedule: They state Monday-Friday, hours communicated by manager. That's schedule info. So include Schedule. Now we need headings: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have: - About the role / Scope of Position: Could be "About the role" or "Scope of Position". Use About the role heading. - Responsibilities: Primary Job Duties And Responsibilities. - Requirements: Required Qualifications. - Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications. - Skills: Could be part of qualifications; but we might combine. However we could have Skills section if there is explicit skills list. There is proficiency in CAD, etc. Might be better to include under Qualifications. But we can create Skills section if we want. However instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine Required and Preferred into Qualifications? But they ask to use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We could have Requirements (Required Qualifications) and Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications). Skills maybe not needed. - Benefits: Watts In It For You. - Pay: Competitive compensation statement. - Schedule: Monday-Friday. We also have Working Conditions and Physical Requirements; could be part of About the role or separate? Not in list of headings but we could include as part of About the role or maybe as a separate section like Working Conditions. But headings list does not include Working Conditions; but we can still include if we think it's substantive. However instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., not exclusive. So we could add other headings if needed, but better to stick to those. We could fold Working Conditions and Physical Requirements into About the role or Responsibilities? Probably About the role. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include details from each section. Let's extract content: Intro about Watts: "We’re Watts. Together, we’re reimagining the future of water. We feel proud every day about what we do. We're all part of the same crucial mission, no matter what function we support -- it's to provide safe, clean water for the world, and to protect our planet's most valuable resource. What We Do For 150 years, Watts has built best-in-class products that are trusted by customers in residential and commercial settings across the world. We are at the forefront of innovation, working with cutting-edge technology to provide smart and connected, sustainable water solutions for the future. Watts is a leading brand with a quality reputation — and we have a dynamic future ahead." That's about company; could be part of About the role. Scope of Position: "The Production Engineer serves as a key technical resource for manufacturing operations at HF Scientific, with primary responsibility for improving production processes, resolving day-to-day manufacturing issues, and ensuring products can be built safely, consistently, efficiently, and to established quality requirements. The Production Engineer works closely with Production, Quality, Chemistry, Supply Chain, and Engineering to improve process capability, reduce manufacturing disruptions, maintain accurate production documentation, and implement engineering changes. Success in this role will be measured through improvements in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, first-pass yield, and manufacturing process performance. This position reports to the Quality and Production Engineer Manager and is on-site in Fort Myers, Florida." Primary Job Duties And Responsibilities: list of duties (many bullet-like sentences). We need to convert to
  • . Required Qualifications: list. Preferred Qualifications: list. General Applicable Company Competencies: list. Working Conditions: description. Physical Requirements: list. Watts In It For You: benefits. We need to avoid boilerplate: EEO, etc. Remove those. Now produce HTML. We'll structure:

    About the role

Intro company paragraph + Scope of Position paragraph(s). Could combine. Then

    Responsibilities

    • ... each duty. Then

      Requirements

      • ... required qualifications. Then

        Qualifications

        • ... preferred qualifications. Then

          Skills

maybe not needed; but we could include skills from required/preferred? Might be thin. Better to omit Skills if not explicit. Then

          Benefits

          • ... benefits. Then

            Pay

Competitive compensation based on your skills, qualifications and experience

            Then

            Schedule

You will be required to work at the Fort Myers, Florida location Monday through Friday. Your scheduled work hours will be communicated to you by your manager.

We might also include Working Conditions and Physical Requirements under About the role or as separate sections. Since not in example headings, but we could add as

            Working Conditions

            and

            Physical Requirements

. However instruction says use h3 for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid others, but to be safe we could incorporate them into About the role. Let's try to incorporate Working Conditions and Physical Requirements into About the role paragraph(s) after scope. We need to preserve all substantive information; we can add paragraphs. Now craft content. About the role paragraph: Combine intro and scope and working conditions/physical. We'll write:

We’re Watts. Together, we’re reimagining the future of water. We feel proud every day about what we do. The Production Engineer serves as a key technical resource for manufacturing operations at HF Scientific, with primary responsibility for improving production processes, resolving day-to-day manufacturing issues, and ensuring products can be built safely, consistently, efficiently, and to established quality requirements. This position reports to the Quality and Production Engineer Manager and is on-site in Fort Myers, Florida.
