Production Employee - Fiberglass

About the role

You will be a key Production Worker at our Gig Harbor location, responsible for the entire production cycle of fiberglass products. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you’ll collaborate with the production team to meet customer needs in a fast-paced plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform various production duties, including placing layers of fiberglass mat and cloth in molds, smoothing out wrinkles, and trimming excess material.
• Spray chopped fiberglass, resin, and catalyst on molds using a pneumatic spray gun with a chopper attachment.
• Remove cured products from molds and inspect, clean, and prep molds for the next cycle.
• Properly use personal protective equipment at all times and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
