Production Director

Position Overview

Southeast Christian Church is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Campus Production Director to join our team at the Prospect Campus in Prospect, Kentucky.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead and direct all technical aspects of weekend services, rehearsals, and special events while ensuring excellence in audio, video, lighting, presentation, and stage elements.
• Recruit, train, schedule, develop, and care for volunteer production team members while fostering a healthy culture of ownership, growth, and teamwork.
• Oversee the operation, maintenance, documentation, and stewardship of all production systems and equipment, ensuring they remain reliable and weekend-ready.
• Build strong relationships with campus staff, worship leaders, and ministry teams while supporting ministry environments, events, and church-wide initiatives.
• Manage campus production budgets, equipment planning, purchasing, and long-term capital needs while stewarding resources responsibly.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Strategic thinker and self-starter.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of audio, video, lighting, AVL networking, and production systems.
• Strong organizational, project management, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Passion for developing volunteers and building healthy teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Commitment to the mission of the church and creating environments that help people connect with Jesus.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and special events as required.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Production Technology, Media Arts, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in live production, church production, broadcast production, or a related field.
• Experience leading volunteers, teams, or ministry environments preferred.
• Experience in a multi-campus church environment is a plus.
