About the role
We are seeking a production leader who is team-oriented, detail-focused, and clearly called to ministry—someone who values technical excellence and creative storytelling. This role is responsible for shaping the environment of our gatherings, ensuring that audio, video, and lighting work in seamless harmony to create a distraction-free experience that points people to the gospel.
Responsibilities
- Oversee audio, video, and lighting production for gatherings
- Ensure seamless integration of technical elements to support storytelling
- Recruit and train volunteers
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Allen & Heath audio consoles and Hog lighting consoles
- Experience with Ross video systems
- Proficiency in ProPresenter, Resolume, and Adobe Suite
- Ability to lift 30 pounds
