Production Designer - Beauty, Retail, B2B

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of design experience within the beauty, fragrance, fashion, luxury, or related consumer products industries
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both print and digital design work
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Experience preparing production files and packaging mechanicals for release
• Knowledge of packaging production processes and print standards
• Adequate organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong understanding of brand guideline execution and consistency across channels
• Ability to work independently and confidently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience creating retail marketing collateral and promotional materials
• Experience with After Effects and/or Premiere Pro, preferred
• Exposure to animation or motion graphics, preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Create assets for new store openings, promotional campaigns, events, and product launches
• Develop and update signage, treatment menus, regimen cards, glorifiers, retail displays, and promotional collateral
• Design digital assets including emails, social media graphics, digital displays, and event invitations
• Ensure all deliverables align with established brand standards and creative guidelines
• Prepare, package, and release production-ready mechanical files
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to execute projects accurately and efficiently
• Manage a high volume of work while maintaining quality and consistency across all deliverables
• Support ongoing updates and enhancements to existing creative assets as business needs evolve
