About the role

The Production Crew Lead 1st Shift is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a production crew, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily activities of the production crew
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and guidelines
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
• Manage inventory and resources
• Train and mentor new team members

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Experience in a similar industry preferred

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
