About the Role
The Production Coordinator provides high-level, project-specific administrative support for Project Superintendents, assisting with the control and organization of product documentation and detailed phase-by-phase tracking.
Responsibilities
- Tracks and analyzes labor productivity
- Tracks General Contractor and Fabrication schedules
- Coordinates material deliveries to job site and stages materials
- Maintains and tracks onsite material inventory
- Supports timekeeping
- Attends job site meetings with Superintendent
- Works with Project Manager and Superintendent during planning/construction estimate phase to define and track task orders
- Provides administrative support and tracking for schedules, meeting notes, safety inspections, and daily logs
- Assists with scheduling meetings
- Provides administrative support to onsite personnel
- Involved in task order breakout, construction estimate, and counts
- Manages overall field-install-material control
- Pre-loads/pre-schedules Bill of Materials (BoM) for phase-specific deliveries
- Creates and issues staging plans to vendors
- Manages material handlers
- Determines unit types for measuring task order progress
- Maintains highlighted progress drawings
- Handles photo documentation
- Coordinates equipment orders and communicates with vendors
- Tracks and releases equipment
- Submits and/or tracks RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Requirements
- Valid state driver’s license as required by job conditions or company policy
- Bachelor of Science in Building Construction or similar preferred
- Electrical experience preferred but not required

Working Conditions
