About the role

A Production Coordinator will assist the owner in the successful and efficient completion of projects as sold to clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and will help position resources to ensure efficiency and accuracy across all projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing the weekly production management goals and plan
• Ensure all details are clearly identified and communicated to the crew(s)
• Provide daily updates on the status of all active projects
• Manage administrative tasks and documents of the business
• Complete general warranty work
• Serve as logistical coordinator for supplies and materials

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year in the construction industry
• Construction management experience (a plus)
• A high standard for customer service
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to multitask on several projects at once
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in desktop and mobile technology
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Reside in the U.S. state of Virginia and be able to commute to project sites and office periodically for team meetings and training
