Production Coordinator - Carpentry/Carpenter

About the Role
A Production Coordinator will primarily assist the owner in the successful and efficient completion of projects as sold to our clients. The right candidate is detail-oriented and will help position our resources to ensure efficiency and accuracy across all projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing the weekly production management goals and plan
- Ensure all details are clearly identified and communicated to the crew(s)
- Provide daily updates on the status of all active projects
- Manage administrative tasks and documents of the business
- Complete general warranty work
- Serve as logistical coordinator for supplies and materials
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year in the construction industry
- Construction management experience (a plus)
- A high standard for customer service
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to multitask on several projects at once
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in desktop and mobile technology
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Reside in the U.S. state of Virginia and be able to commute to project sites and the office periodically for team meetings and training sessions
