Production Coordinator

Our Production Coordinator will support the Production team through data entry, collection and analysis, inventory and material management, and report generation. This role will also manage production workflow, monitor and arrange job schedules, and handle other assigned duties.

Responsibilities

• Gather and collect data through various databases, ensuring data accuracy.
• Create long-term planning of production requirements.
• Collect and report on production metrics.
• Monitor production throughout shifts and report constraints.
• Create and organize schedules to support production needs and make timely updates.
• Facilitate regular inventory and cycle counts.
• Research error discrepancies on materials and finished goods.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of related job experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.
• Experience providing leadership to others regarding work-related systems, processes, and challenges.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong planning and organization skills.
• Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work extended hours.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Pay

$56,160 per year / $27 per hour.
