About the role

The Program Coordinator is responsible for numerous support duties relative to general team support and control of program communications and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Compilation of program cost and progress data supporting the Program and Commercial Managers in conducting program reviews and status meetings.
  • Booking of team travel arrangements.
  • Meeting coordination/reservations and Security Passes as required.
  • Preparation and filing of internal and external program documentation and communications both hardcopy and electronically.
  • Collation of content for regular internal and external reporting deliverables.
  • Maintenance and distribution of action item lists and other team support as required.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • High School Diploma Required.
  • 1 Year Experience Preferred.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Microsoft Office products, (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project).

The vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
