Production Coordinator

We’re the ones behind that fleet of trucks you see everywhere, and we’re also the ones that design, produce, and install the wall and floor murals you see at businesses, universities, and sports arenas across the U.S. We specialize in large-format graphics that give our customers the wow-factor their business needs. The Production Coordinator will work directly with the Production Manager and Owner. The Production Coordinator will spend 30% of their time on a computer and 70% of the time on their feet helping “finish” assorted print work.

Responsibilities

• Inspect customer files, provide digital proofs, and make the graphics print-ready
• Adding Path Cut Lines to certain files
• “Ripping” files to print
• Mechanical graphic design needs for assorted needs (simple banner to vehicle advertisement)
• Entering orders into our workflow software
• Communicating with customers by email and telephone concerning specific details on orders
• Using our software to ship an order via UPS or Fedex
• Operate and maintain large-format printers, laminators, and routers
• Inspect completed print work to ensure there are no defects
• Reviewing order details to ensure all elements are produced accurately
• Weeding vinyl
• Hemming & applying grommets to banners
• Using a straight edge and knife to cut orders apart
• Installing vinyl onto flat surfaces
• Assisting with inventory management

Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50lbs

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s Degree in graphic design (or similar program)

Skills

• 2+ years of working with Adobe creative suites
• Solid knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is a must
• Experience with large-format printers, laminators, plotters, and graphic and signage finishing

Pay

$45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
