Familiarity with digital asset management Experience coordinating vendor contracts and license agreements Experience producing video content for digital and/or broadcast distribution - Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Media Production, Communications, Journalism or related fields preferred. - Other: maybe "Benefits" already covered. - Schedule: we have details: full time 40-hour week, core business hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, must be available some evenings/weekends, travel occasional overnights, hybrid min 1 day per week in person, some remote possible, initial training on-site required, final schedule discussed, fully remote not accepted, remote requires FWA with own high-speed internet and phone, transportation not reimbursable, travel required, valid driver's license. We need to output sections: About the role (Job Summary), Responsibilities (list), Requirements (maybe combine Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications? Or separate? The instruction: use headings for section headings e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Possibly Skills not needed if not explicit. Could combine Required and Preferred under Requirements? But we have separate headings for Requirements and Qualifications. Usually Requirements = required qualifications, Qualifications = education/preferred? We'll decide: Requirements = Required Qualifications. Qualifications = Education + Preferred Qualifications? Or maybe Qualifications = Education. But we have both Education and Preferred Qualifications. Could put Education under Qualifications, and Preferred Qualifications maybe under Skills? But Skills heading is for skills; we could list preferred qualifications under Skills. However instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can include those headings if we have content. We need to decide what goes where. Let's map: - About the role: Job Summary paragraph(s). Could be multiple paragraphs but we can combine into one

maybe multiple

s. - Responsibilities: list of duties from Key Job Responsibilities. - Requirements: Required Qualifications list. - Qualifications: Education (Bachelor's degree preferred) maybe also include "Preferred Qualifications"? But we have Skills heading for skills; maybe we put Preferred Qualifications under Skills (since they are skills/experience). However Preferred Qualifications include experience using Airtable etc., familiarity with digital asset management, experience coordinating vendor contracts, experience producing video content. Those are skills/experience. So we could put them under Skills. - Benefits: benefits package description. - Pay: compensation range. - Schedule: work hours, hybrid, travel, etc. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, contact info, diversity statement, etc. We must preserve all substantive information: need to include details like start date November 30, 2026, ongoing/renewable, based in Madison WI, reports to Executive Producer, etc. Also include that position is full-time 40-hour week, ongoing/renewable, expected start date, etc. Also include that must have valid driver's license, travel required, etc. Also include that remote work requires FWA, own high-speed internet and phone, transportation not reimbursable, etc. Also include that during initial training on-site work required, final schedule can be discussed, fully remote not accepted. Also include that employees may use own transportation or receive approval for University Car Fleet usage. Employment conditional pending pre-hire driver auth check. Also include that must provide valid driver's license. Also include that this is hybrid position with min 1 day per week in person on UW Madison campus. Also include that some work may be performed remotely at offsite non-campus location. Also include that this is a full-time position that works core business hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Also include that must be available to work some evenings and weekends as needed, with ability to travel – occasional overnights. Also include that travel is required. Also include that employees may use own transportation or receive approval for University Car Fleet usage. Also include that employment is conditional pending results of a Pre-hire Driver Authorization Check. Also include that must provide a valid driver's license. Also include that per University policy, transportation between home and assigned work location is not payable/reimbursable and will be at the expense of the employee. Also include that remote work requires an approved flexible work arrangement (FWA). A FWA requires successful candidates to possess their own high-speed internet and phone to perform the work on a university provided computer. Also include that during the initial training period, on-site work is required. Also include that the final schedule can be discussed at the offer stage, but fully remote candidates will not be accepted. Also include that this position is Ongoing/Renewable. Also include that expected start date: November 30, 2026. Also include that this is a full time, 40-hour-a-week position. Also include that the position will be based in Madison, WI and reports to the Executive Producer in PBS Wisconsin’s Production Administration Unit. Also include that the Production Coordinator provides valuable support ... etc. We need to ensure we don't miss any. Now we need to strip out boilerplate: "Current Employees: If you are currently employed at any of the Universities of Wisconsin, log in to Workday to apply through the internal application process." That's application instruction; remove. "Job Category: University Staff Employment Type: Regular Job Profile: Multimedia Production Coordinator" - we should not repeat job title as heading, but we can maybe include Job Category etc as metadata? The instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we could include a short paragraph with Job Category, Employment Type, Job Profile maybe? But they said "fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." Probably we can drop it because it's not substantive? But it's metadata about the job; maybe we can include a short p with that info. However they said "do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". So we can include a paragraph like "

Job Category: University Staff | Employment Type: Regular | Job Profile: Multimedia Production Coordinator

" but that's repeating the job title in the profile; maybe okay as metadata. But they said "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include a short p for metadata. But we also have "Department: Wisconsin Public Media, PBS WI Production Administration PBS Wisconsin and Wisconsin Public Radio are part of Wisconsin Public Media. The person in this position will be required to comply with the Wisconsin Public Media Code of Ethics: https://wpm.wisc.edu/policies/, in addition to the UW-Madison code of ethics. #PBS" This is substantive? It mentions department and ethics compliance. Might be considered substantive; we could include
