Job Summary
Panelmatic is seeking a dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Production Coordinator who plays a crucial role in the planning and execution of manufacturing processes. This position requires a blend of shop knowledge, organizational skills, and the ability to manage production needs. The primary focus is on coordinating the various components of production. A successful Production Coordinator ensures that production goals are met on time, while maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements
Previous experience in any of the following metal manufacturing roles: Coordination role, Inventory control, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Shop Management.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
Proficiency in inventory management software.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Project management experience.
Knowledge of quality control standards.
High school diploma or equivalent.
4-7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards.
Acute attention to detail.
Optimizing efficiencies.
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
Time management skills.
