Production Coordinator
What You Will Do
- Provide hands-on support to our development teams such as updating schedules, sending out studio-wide communications to report team progress, and taking notes
- Aid in task and bug tracking and management through our internal tools
- Facilitate communication across teams
- Use task tracking tools to ensure tasks are kept current and are properly assigned to the team
- Help manage the flow of assets and information between disciplines and team members
- Maintain development schedules and track tasks and progress to meet milestones and deadlines
- Aid teams in identifying and resolving issues preventing progress
- Aid leads and producers in developing and maintaining pipelines
- Work with the tools team to provide feedback on production tracking software
- Help make our games better by participating in internal playtests and communicating feedback to the relevant stakeholders
What Skills You Will Use
- College degree or a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, and GSuite
- Eagerness to learn new software tools and technologies
- Communication skills with both large groups and individuals, with excellent written and oral communication abilities
- Keeps cool under high pressure situations. Positive attitude and demeanor
- Attention to detail and ability to focus and execute the tasks assigned
Bonus Skills
- Experience in game development or VFX
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, etc.
- Experience with a variety of project management tools (Jira, Shotgun, Microsoft Project, or any other scheduling/task-tracking software)

$34 - $43 USD
