Production Coordinator

About the role

Likewize is seeking a Production Coordinator to join our distribution center in Flower Mound, Texas. In this role you will support daily operations, coordinate workflow, and drive productivity alongside Operations Supervisors. The position requires strong organization, problem‑solving, and attention to detail to maintain a safe, high‑quality work environment.

Key Areas of Focus

• Coordinate daily production activities, balance workloads, track productivity, and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Optimize team resources to meet operational goals and shifting priorities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, equipment, quality, security, and housekeeping standards.
• Train, cross‑train, and support team members to drive performance and operational excellence.
• Communicate customer priorities and monitor team metrics to meet deadlines and quality targets.
• Analyze operational data, prepare reports, and provide updates to support planning and decision‑making.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and support special projects as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands‑on experience in a production, distribution, or operations environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and operational reporting tools.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Knowledge of inventory management, quality standards, and workplace safety practices.
• Collaborative, customer‑focused attitude; thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable, and effective both independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Remain on your feet for extended periods, including standing and walking up to 10 hours per day.
• Occasionally lift, move, and handle items weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Close vision and ability to adjust focus for quality‑related tasks.
• Work in a dynamic warehouse environment with exposure to forklift traffic and active equipment.
• Commit to workplace safety and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) throughout the shift.

Work Arrangement

This is a first‑shift position, Monday through Friday, from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.

Location

Our Flower Mound distribution center is located on Lakeside Parkway in the DFW Trade Center, offering easy access to major highways and a 10‑minute commute to Dallas‑Fort Worth International Airport. On‑site amenities include a climate‑controlled work environment, a beverage station with coffee, tea, and filtered ice & water, multiple vending machines, and personal lockers.
