The Position Of a Production Coordinator Consists Of Many Responsibilities Such As: Field calls from customers and team membersIntake and enter new loss information into our systemAssist with compliance documentationAssist with ensuring job deadlines are being metAssist with selections, material sourcing, and trackingCommunicate daily with customers, clients, and project managers; soliciting feedback and making sure projects are going wellPrepare spreadsheets for meetings and following up on job tasks discussed in the meetingsEnsuring requests from carrier partners are being responded to in a timely manner; serving as a liaison between the customer, the insurance carrier, and Paul DavisWork as a team to achieve exceptional customer service The Ideal Production Coordinator Is: Detail-orientedExperienced with Microsoft Word and ExcelHardworking, reliable, organizedAble to learn quickly and work independentlyExcellent at oral and written communication Additional Requirements High School Diploma or equivalentExperience in customer service and/or office administration preferred but not requiredClean background check If you demand more from yourself than others demand from you, this is the place for you.
