Production Coordinator

What Will You Do?

• Leads, directs, and coordinates the activities of hourly workforce
• Reviews current blueprints, material requisitions, etc.
• Responsible for personnel items such as new hires, promotions, discharges, etc.
• Maintains work areas
• Vacation and attendance tracking/approval
• Maintains all training documents

Requirements

• Must be able to work independently and self-direct
• Must be able to work well in group problem-solving situations
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to communicate with others to solve and analyze technical information in order to find resolution

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require

• PPE required daily
• Indoor/Outdoor Environment
• Lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent sitting, standing, stooping, bending, twisting, walking, climbing and occasional crawling
• Frequent pushing, pulling and handling of material
• Occasional climbing and working at elevated positions

Your Experience Should Be

• Minimum of 2 years experience in manufacturing setting
• 3-5 years managerial experience in a fast paced environment
• Intermediate computer skills - JDE, Kronos, Microsoft Office, etc.
• Process Improvement
• Machine operations, welding processes, fining

Commensurate with experience

Various shifts available, both day and night
