Production Coordinator

About the role

The Production Coordinator will support all aspects of the production lifecycle—from development through final delivery. This role requires strong technical knowledge, precision, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts while maintaining an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Cook up and manage purchase orders, Bill of Materials (BOM), and cutting tickets with accuracy
• Source and order fabrics and trims, ensuring timely delivery to factories and workrooms
• Maintain detailed work-in-progress (WIP) logs, trim charts, and production tracking systems
• Communicate with domestic and overseas factories to monitor progress and resolve issues
• Review garments for quality control, ensuring alignment with specifications and brand standards
• Evaluate swatches, lab dips, and fabric submissions for color and quality accuracy
• Participate in fit sessions and collaborate with the design team
• Track shipments and manage logistics to ensure on-time delivery
• Oversee preparation and shipment of patterns and samples
• Manage custom order logs and ensure timely completion
• Aid in cost negotiations and production efficiency

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in luxury garment production or manufacturing
• Strong technical understanding of garment construction and production processes
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with BOMs, cutting tickets, QC processes, and factory coordination
• Comfortable working with both domestic and overseas manufacturers
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Sewing knowledge is a plus
