Production Coordinator

The Production Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Production Team, Project Managers, and Restoration Team to ensure scheduled goals are met. Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, coordinating, and oversight of crews and documentation for maximum project performance.

Responsibilities

  • Provides support to Operations "Production Team" and Project Managers/Restoration Superintendents.
  • Creates and prepares subcontractor agreements and invoices, as needed.
  • Obtains appropriate purchase orders from vendors.
  • Tracks equipment and materials.
  • Oversees timecards of the appropriate Ops/recon personnel.
  • Ensures activity and compliance of jobs in progress.
  • Guarantees proper budget management.
  • Manages production reports with the Production Team.
  • Handles Field Connect and Exaktime reporting.
  • Ensures overall TPA program compliance.
  • Administers permit expediting.
  • Manages customer satisfaction/surveys.
  • Provides audits support, when required.
  • Performs ad hoc analysis and reporting.

Requirements

  • Must demonstrate a high level of accuracy and consistent work performance.
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and multi-tasking skills.
  • High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to engage in teams and different personality types.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; advanced Excel user.
  • AA or College degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

The work environment is usually quiet. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear. The employee is required to regularly move and walk around the office.

Travel

Occasional travel (less than 25% of time). Some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected for training or meetings.
