Production Coordinator

Location: On-Site Employment Type: Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized Production Coordinator to review incoming customer orders, coordinate production schedules, and help ensure on-time delivery. This role works closely with purchasing, production, customer service, and management to prioritize work, track order status, and maintain efficient workflow throughout the shop. The ideal candidate has experience working in a manufacturing environment, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Responsibilities Review incoming customer orders and enter jobs into the production scheduleCoordinate daily production priorities with shop personnelMonitor order status and track progress through productionCommunicate with purchasing regarding material availabilityAssist in scheduling jobs to meet customer delivery requirementsFollow up on delayed orders and help resolve scheduling conflictsMaintain accurate records within the ERP systemParticipate in production meetings and provide schedule updatesGenerate reports on work orders, production status, and delivery performanceWork closely with all departments to improve workflow and efficiency Qualifications Manufacturing experience a plusStrong organizational and communication skillsExperience with ERP/MRP systems is a plusProficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft OfficeAbility to manage multiple tasks and changing prioritiesDetail-oriented with strong follow-up skillsProduction planning or scheduling experience is desirable but not required recblid 5c5wz9vv2l76i0um9uu1mo1v24ydsh
