About the role
The Production Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring seamless production workflows by proactively managing the movement of orders and the operational flow. Acting as the "conductor" of the production floor, the Production Coordinator facilitates timely delivery of materials, prioritizes tasks, and communicates effectively with team members to maintain efficiency and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the movement of production orders and materials across various stages of operations to prevent bottlenecks and delays.
- Monitor workflows and prioritize tasks to align with production schedules and deadlines.
- Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring clear and efficient communication of order statuses, changes, and needs.
- Support department leaders in achieving operational goals and maintaining smooth production processes.
- Ensure that orders remain current and ship on time to meet customer demand and satisfaction.
- Identify and resolve issues that may disrupt the flow of work, escalating concerns when necessary.
- Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
- Prior experience working in a warehouse setting strongly desired.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to execute instructions and read orders accurately.
- Proactive problem-solving skills, and ability to complete basic math (adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing).
- Highly organized with strong attention to accuracy and detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily productivity standards.
- Ability to work overtime during the work week and weekends, while complying with Galls attendance policy.
- Capable of standing and walking for extended periods, working in a non-climate-controlled environment, and lifting up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Pay
Earn up to $1,000 in retention bonuses: $500 at 90 days and $500 at 180 days.
