Production Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Production Coordinator to support product data, production tracking, and cross-functional communication across multiple apparel and lifestyle categories.

Responsibilities

• Maintain line plans, product information, pricing, and seasonal data in the ERP system
• Support purchase order creation, supplier communication, and production status updates
• Track costing, margins, UPCs, BOMs, and wholesale pricing for accuracy
• Partner with sales, logistics, finance, and product teams to manage timelines and resolve issues
• Coordinate samples, price tickets, vendor requirements, and payment planning

Requirements

• Strong Excel skills are required; apparel experience is a plus
• 1+ year of corporate fashion or consumer goods experience
• Must be a quick learner with strong communication and organization skills
