About the role
Responsible for preparing and cooking meals in accordance with recipes and food safety guidelines. Assist in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and adherence to health codes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area
- Follow health and safety regulations
- Assist in meal preparation and serving
- May assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a food service environment preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Good hand-eye coordination and physical stamina
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania Food Handler Certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
