Production Control Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the Production Control team to ensure smooth production operations and timely issue resolution.
- Cook with coordination with production, engineering, quality, and others to ensure timely delivery of parts to the shop floor for assembly.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle time, minimize downtime, and improve product quality.
Qualifications
- You Must Have:
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing support or production supervision within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, materials management, and inventory control.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing execution systems (MES), enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as SAP, and data analysis tools to monitor and improve production performance.
- Ability to lead teams, manage cross-functional collaboration, and drive continuous improvement initiatives effectively.
- A strong focus on safety.

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Several years of experience in manufacturing supervision or support roles, preferably in process technology or related industries.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with project management and change management within manufacturing settings.
