Production Control Planner II

About the role

As Planner II, you keep production plans, materials, and schedules aligned so customer orders move from commit to ship on time. You'll resolve schedule discrepancies, adjust plans for changing conditions, and coordinate across Planning, Production, Purchasing, Quality, Engineering, and the Master Scheduler.

Responsibilities

• Production scheduling by operation/department
• Expediting constraints
• Preparing reports and requisitions
• Maintaining MRP parameters (lead times, days’ supply, EOQ)
• Developing/maintaining Bills of Material from blueprints while processing engineering changes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3–5+ years in manufacturing planning/buying/related work
• ERP proficiency (WDS or equivalent and Oracle)
• Strong Excel/Word ability
• Ability to interpret technical documents and perform basic math/data analysis
