About the role
The HORIBA Group of worldwide companies is seeking a Production Control Coordinator to join their team in Reno, NV. This exciting role involves creating and releasing production orders, posting delivery notes, maintaining spreadsheets, and creating traveler documents.
Responsibilities
- Create and release production orders for assigned products.
- Post delivery notes for shipments.
- Maintain a variety of spreadsheets to track order status, production runs from creation to completion, serialization of assigned products, purchase orders, product shipments, and invoices.
- Create Traveler documents for assigned products.
Requirements
- Experience with an ERP (SAP) preferred.
- Basic math skills, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Typical high school diploma, certification from a technical school, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office programs.
