Production Control Analyst

Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet production demands while minimizing stock and carrying costs by following established standards and guidelines.
- Supplier Collaboration: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials, resolve supply issues, and promote a customer-supplier partnership relationship.
- Order Management: Generate purchase orders, track order statuses, and expedite deliveries as necessary to prevent production delays.
- Continuous Improvement: Support process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize inventory turnover.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with departments such as procurement, logistics, production planning, and quality assurance to ensure smooth coordination across the supply chain.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Supply Chain or 2 years’ experience in Manufacturing/Supply Chain.
- Experience working in a high-paced manufacturing environment.
Skills
- Familiarity with JDE & SAP.
- Comfortable with Excel formulas and data analytics.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize.
- Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
Schedule
This is an in-person role located at our Muscatine, IA facility—ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.
Pay
Salary: $50,980 - $65,355 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
