Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement of production consumables, including chemicals and raw materials required for the smooth operation of the Group’s industrial sites.
• Contribute to cost, lead time, and quality optimization of supplies in collaboration with technical and operational teams across plants.
• Identify, qualify, and develop a high-performing supplier panel at both national and international levels.
• Lead sourcing processes, analyze offers, and conduct negotiations with suppliers.
• Draft, implement, and monitor procurement contracts while ensuring compliance with contractual commitments.
• Conduct market and technological intelligence to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.

• Strong knowledge of procurement processes within an industrial environment.
• Understanding of production consumables and chemicals used in industrial settings.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and supplier relationship management skills.
• Rigor, strong organizational skills, and results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and operational teams.
• Comfortable working in a demanding and constantly evolving industrial environment.

Qualifications

Engineering degree holder, general engineering, industrial engineering, or process engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial procurement, ideally in the management of production consumables or chemicals.

Position based in Casablanca.
