Production Clerk

This position requires you to reside within 75 miles of Clifton Forge, VA.

About the role

As a Production Clerk working onsite in Clifton Forge, VA, you’ll be part of bringing humanity to business. You’ll have ownership over making sure customer data is accurately entered and meets compliance. Whether it’s getting answers for customers quickly or resolving their issues with a smile, you’ll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customer requests with the corresponding supplies/materials.
• Receive, unload, check, and stock new transponder inventory, supplies, and customer materials, and retrieve for distribution as requested.
• Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues.

Requirements

• 6 months or more of data entry experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Computer experience.
• Data entry skills (35 wpm).
