Production Clerk

Responsibilities

• Compile and record production data to prepare records and reports on volume of production, consumption of raw material, quality control, and other aspects of production.
• Ensure all input materials are staged correctly for a production run and are completely consumed correctly.
• Enter all supply tasks in SAP for production runs:
  • Pull and stage dry raw requested by batch team
  • Pull flavors for batch team
  • Put away flavors
• Request trays for production runs from warehouse team.
• Complete make task in task control to account for all material left over after production runs.
• Physically and systematically put away all material left over after production runs.
• Verify production confirmations to allow for finished goods to be processed and shipped.
• Close out production runs in SAP: enter scrap, fully consume materials, and verify all numbers are accurate.
• Follow company procedures to ensure that inventory information is accurately recorded.
• Assist with projects to improve inventory accuracy, material flows, and space planning.
• Take initiative to inform supervisor of any issues related to product flow, record keeping, or any problems affecting data accuracy.

Requirements

• Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field of study.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in SAP software (desired).
• Basic computer operation skills required.
• Must be able to multi-task and possess strong organizational skills.

Pay

Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated hourly pay range for this position is $15 - $19 USD. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
