Production Clerk

About the role

The retail operation is integral to our mission of empowering individuals to achieve self-sufficiency through earning a paycheck.

Responsibilities

• Accept, sort, grade, process, stock shelves and sell used donated goods.
• Maintain a positive shopping experience by providing excellent customer service.
• Perform basic housekeeping duties to keep the store clean.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• No formal education required.
• Prior customer service and/or production experience preferred (1 year).
• Ability to stock merchandise, place product weighing up to 45 pounds, and perform tasks at various heights.
• Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk around the store.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist customers.
• Physical stamina to handle lifting and carrying items.

Skills

• Customer service skills.
• Basic organizational skills.
• Physical dexterity to handle inventory and cleaning duties.

$12.00 / hour

Schedule

Five 8-hour days, Shift E: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM, Monday-Sunday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
