Production Clerk
About the role
Goodwill Industries of Kentucky is seeking a Production Clerk to support their retail store operations. The ideal candidate will embody the organization's core values of Dignity, Service, Hope, and Partnership, focusing on exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Accept, sort, grade, process, stock shelves, and sell used donated goods.
- Maintain a positive shopping experience through excellent customer service.
- Perform basic housekeeping duties to ensure the cleanliness of the store.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- No formal education required.
- One year of customer service and/or production experience preferred.
- Ability to stock merchandise, place products weighing up to 45 pounds, and perform tasks requiring sitting, standing, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, and walking.

Pay and Schedule
The Production Clerk position pays $12.00 per hour and operates on a full-time schedule from 8:30am to 5:00pm, five days a week.
