Production Clerk

About the role

Goodwill Industries of Kentucky is seeking a Production Clerk to support their retail store operations. The ideal candidate will embody the organization's core values of Dignity, Service, Hope, and Partnership through exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Accept, sort, grade, process, stock shelves, and sell used donated goods.
• Maintain a positive shopping experience by providing excellent customer service.
• Perform basic housekeeping duties to keep the store clean.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• No formal education required.
• One year of customer service and/or production experience preferred.
• Ability to stock merchandise, place product weighing up to 45 pounds, and perform tasks at various heights.
• Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk around the store.

Shift: 11:00am - 7:30pm
Hours of Operation: Monday-Sunday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
