Responsibilities

• Play a key role in keeping all working areas in the production departments in a clean and orderly condition.
• Safety is second nature; you follow procedures and quickly report any unsafe conditions.
• Bring a strong sense of quality and attention to detail, ensuring SARSTEDT standards are consistently met.
• Stage boxes, material, and supplies neatly and organized.
• Follow the cleaning plan with precision including floors, hallways, and other work areas.
• Reliably transport trash and waste to assigned disposal areas.
• Replenish bathroom supplies as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Character of exceptional reliability, dependability, and integrity.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, simple calculations).
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work Day shift (8:00 AM-4:30 PM), Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays.
• Frequent use of arms, hands, and fingers for essential duties.
• Ability to operate a motorized floor scrubber and buffer.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds (regularly) and up to 50 pounds (occasionally).
• Ability to work in an environment with ongoing background noise.

Pay

Starting at $18/hour.

Schedule

Day shift (8:00 AM-4:30 PM), Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays.
