Production Bin Runner - Nights

Primary Job Functions

• Trained in proper procedure to scan bins to and from packing
• Change-out scrap gaylords when full, load into scrap trailer
• Bale loose scrap and load into trailer
• Sort out obvious nonconformities, at Team Leader’s discretion
• If time allows, at Team Leader’s discretion, could be trained on basic machine or plant operations
• Assist operators with machine set-up
• General clean-up of Bag Production and machinery
• Keep trash emptied
• Follow rules to ensure work is performed in a safe manner

Requirements

Maintain knowledge in the QMS and ISO Standards

Maintain a GUNG-HOI attitude in support of the Amcor’s vision statement, goals, and company culture

Follow and encourage GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practices)

Ensure that safety is a priority by following all safety procedures

Trained in proper procedure to scan bins to and from packing

Trained in change-out scrap gaylords when full, load into scrap trailer

Trained in baling loose scrap and loading into trailer

Trained in sorting out obvious nonconformities, at Team Leader’s discretion

Trained in assisting operators with machine set-up

Trained in general clean-up of Bag Production and machinery

Trained in keeping trash emptied

Trained in following rules to ensure work is performed in a safe manner

Trained in maintaining knowledge in the QMS and ISO Standards
