Game Night Media Runner

Responsibilities

• Support game night media operations, including pregame, in-game, and postgame duties.
• Aid in the preparation, verification, and distribution of game materials, such as starters, stat sheets, and press information, to broadcasters, statisticians, and other designated personnel.
• Assist with setup, monitoring, and upkeep of media work areas and related equipment during games.
• Collaborate with the Communications Department and other game night staff to ensure smooth execution of game operations.
• Keep assigned work areas organized, clean, and prepared, and escalate issues to appropriate staff as needed.

• Highly organized with ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work all home games including preseason, regular season, and playoff games.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
